Casey is the front door at CKB. He builds our referral network the old school way by showing up and taking care of people. When you reach out, he is focused on clarity from day one. What you want, what your home needs, and what your budget can realistically support. He works with our Operations and Field team to lock in scope and pricing, then walks you through a proposal that is easy to understand. Once you are signed, you get a clean handoff and a steady build.

Field Operation

Jason Hardebeck

​Jason is our Field Operations lead. He is the steady caretaker of your home during the build. He keeps the jobsite clean, safe, and respectful, while managing the day to day plan with crews and subs. He solves problems early, holds the line on quality, and keeps things moving without cutting corners. Near the end, he drives the punch list and joins the final walkthrough. If something needs attention after you are back to normal life, he owns that too.

Ops & Client care

I’m Jason, and I lead operations, client care, and the systems that support how Close Knit Builders shows up in our community. I coordinate schedules, materials, and trade partners, keep details tight, and make sure you get clear communication from start to finish. I also help tell our story through photos, updates, and walkthrough content, so homeowners know what it feels like to work with us. The goal is calm process, respectful jobsite, and craftsmanship you can trust.
